Injured Motorist Gets Multi-Million Pound Cash Compensation

Injured Motorist Gets Multi-Million Pound Cash Compensation

After a terrible car accident in Wiltshire a 22-year-old man who was left disabled for the rest of his life has received millions of pounds as compensation.

Nazer Ahadi, was involved in a head-on collision on his way towards Hayden Bakeries where he was working at that time. A horrifying road traffic accident was the result of a failed attempt when an opposite travelling driver was trying to overtake a lorry and, as a result, collided head on into Mr. Ahadi’s car.

Mr. Ahadi was sent to a hospital where he was diagnosed with brain damage. It was thought he could never walk again, but a young man demonstrated an incredible eagerness to live under his rehabilitation process. Nevertheless, he would still suffer from difficulties over his life.

A High Court judge rendered a decision he should receive a £2.3m pot and £145,000 annually for life. The major portion of this sum will be used to meet all of Mr. Ahadi’s needs in the future, including round-the-clock medical care.

This case demonstrates all the terrible aftereffects of a car wreck. Unfortunately, statistics from the Department for Transport are disappointing: in 2008 on British roads 230,905 people were injured, 2,538 killed and 26,034 seriously injured.
