Sully Island Up for Sale in Wales

Sully Island Up for Sale in Wales

According to the latest article published by The Guardian, estate agent Cooke & Arkwright has put up Sully Island for sale for a bargain price.

The land, which was earlier marketed for 15 times more (15 million pounds), is now available for purchase for only 95,000 pounds.

The island, located 400 meters away from the mainland, offers great views and opportunities. Although there is no permission to build on the island, it is perfect for wine-making. Sully Island has been well-known for its local wine since World War I, when Marquis of Bute's son cultivated a vineyard there and supplied it to the wine plant in Tongwynlais, Wales.

Also, fishing and camping are possible on the island.

Sully Island might also be considered a good purchase for those who are interested in British history since the island saw different epochs, from the Romans to British nobility.

More information about the island and other land lots is available from the estate agency Cooke & Arkwright located in Wales.
