Conveyancing Alliance Ltd Launches New Product

Yesterday, on March 23rd it was announced that Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, UK-based online provider of conveyancing services, launched a new product.

The product called Coney99 is available at £99, excluding VAT and disbursements for houses purchased up to £500,000.

This is £200 less than any other conveyancing product.

Another advantage of Convey99 is that it comes with "fall-through search protection," which means that clients will receive a replacement set of property searches should the property purchase fail.
