Nationwide Introduces 0% Balance Transfer Card

According to the information released by Moneynet, Nationwide Building Society has introduced a great offer for those credit card holders who wish to clear off their debt and to avoid huge interest rates.
The lender has just issued a 0% balance transfer credit card, which allows to transfer balance and to pay no interest for more than 1 year (15 months).
Let us remind that Nationwide is rightfully considered one of the most customer-friendly UK lenders as it has a flexible payment system, where card repayments clear the most expensive debt in first place.
However, credit card holders are reminded that cards for balance transfer should be used for their initial purpose only unless the customer wants to get into more debt by spending on the card. Even though the interest rate on new purchases is 0% for 3 months, the normal APR reaches 16.9%, which means that it is easy to accumulate additional debt.
Other UK lenders that have introduced 0% balance transfer cards recently are Santander, Barclaycard and Clydesdale Bank.
