Skiing Accident

Some time ago I had a really nasty skiing accident. I have never claimed any compensation, was grateful to survive at all. On the other hand, I have lost quite a bit time of work and as a result my job as well. All my friends say I should speak to a solicitor, but I don’t know if there is any time restriction, like a year or so when you can claim. Am I too late?

I am pretty sure you have 36 months to file your claim, any later and you missed the train.

Thank you. It looks like I am too late , it happened just over 36 month ago, Easter 2007. Never mind I should have thought about it earlier.
