Hello
My wife booked flights to London. But the other day all flights were concelled, so she had to give up childcare and the hotel. Two days later the flights were back on again and it was impossible to rebook hotels again. I tried to receive a refund from them , but heard the negative answer. Just wondered, do I have the chance to get a refund? Thanks in advance. |

If I were you I would try to visit their website and find there the conditions of booking the flights in advance. Maybe this information will be quite usefull for you.
If you are aware of their rules it will be easier to demand a refund! Good luck. |
